# Application Virtualization Sequencing Wizard Package Information Page


Use the **Package Information** page of the Application Virtualization (App-V) wizard to specify information that will be associated with the application you sequence. This page contains the following elements.

<td align="left"><p><strong>Package Name</strong></p></td>
<td align="left"><p>Specifies the name that will be associated with the virtual application package. This is a required field.</p></td>

<td align="left"><p><strong>Comments</strong></p></td>
<td align="left"><p>Specifies identifying information that will be associated with the package. The information will be added to OSD file ABSTRACT element. This field is optional.</p></td>

<td align="left"><p><strong>Show Advanced Monitoring Options</strong></p></td>
<td align="left"><p>Displays the <strong>Advanced Options</strong> page of the Sequencing Wizard.</p></td>

<td align="left"><p>Goes to the next page of the wizard.</p></td>

<td align="left"><p><strong>Cancel</strong></p></td>
