When you encounter this issue, in MacOS you may receive the error, “There was a problem connecting to the server “{Server Host Name}”. Check the server name or IP address, and then try again. Resolution: We have released an \"optional, out-of-band\" update for Windows 10 (KB4505051) to resolve this issue. If you are affected, we recommend you apply this update by installing KB4505051 from Windows Update and then restarting your device. This update will not be applied automatically. To download and install this update, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. To get the standalone package for KB4505051, search for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
