# Failed Launch Dialog Box (App-V 4.6 SP1)


The application did not start successfully.

Use the following list to help identify why the application did not run successfully.

1.  Verify that all required prerequisites have been installed on the computer running the App-V Sequencer.

2.  Verify that any resources required by the application are available and not in use by another process.

3.  Verify that the application you are installing is supported by the operating system running on the computer that is running the App-V Sequencer.
