The reason for this post is due to the rarity in finding a free service that provides direct access to the M3U file of U.S. cable network streams (HBO, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, Cartoon Network, ESPN, etc). Finding public IPTV streams is quite easy but most contain boring stuff like NASA TV.
